On October 31, the company held the Fourth Extraordinary General Meeting in 2016. Chairman of the Board of Directors Ren Weili attended and presided over the meeting, the company director Li Wenhai, the company director, general manager Pang Qingping, some supervisors and senior management attended the meeting. The meeting examined and approved four proposals on signing the daily related party transactions (framework) agreement between the Company and its related parties, changing the scope of business of the Company and revising the relevant articles of the Articles of Association.
