ZGW4-515D/J6300-25 high voltage DC disconnector is the outdoor high voltage DC transimission equipment, is mainly used on the polar side of DC field and high voltage side of DC filter at ± 800 kV converter station, The disconnector which is installed on the high voltage side of DC filter can open and close the harmonic current.

ZGW4-515D / J6300-25 high-voltage DC disconnector uses three-column horizontal rotary double fracture structure, mainly composed of the base, insulators, conductive systems, operating mechanism, grounding switches and other components.
Main Features
1. ZGW4-515D / J6300-25 high-voltage DC disconnector uses three-column horizontal rotary double fracture structure, this DC disconnector with high voltage and high current is developed by our company independently and our company has the full intellectual property rights.
2. Rated insulation level reaches the requirement of altitude 2000m, meet insulation requirement of DC disconnector and earthing switch in the present ±500 kV DC transmission project.
3. 6300A of rated DC current, 5000 times of mechanical life, stable and reliable of technical performance, and have the ability of opening and closing the 200A harmonic current under the condition of recovering the voltage of 35KV.
4. The movement of conductive tube uses the sealed rotary structure, the contact terminal has a self-cleaning function. The attached earthing switch adopts the folding structure, when the closing, the support rod and grounding arbor constitute a triangular frame structure, has the higher stiffness and stability.
5. Products passed the national identification in July 2010 which is organized by the China Machinery Industry Federation , its technical performance reached the international advanced level.
