ZGW5-1050 - d/J5000-25 type high-voltage DC disconnector is widely used in low voltage side of DC field in DC converter station, mainly used in neutral busbar, low voltage side of DC filter, grounding lead, etc.

Product structure
ZGW5-1050D / J5000-25 type high voltage DC disconnector adopts double column horizontal open single fracture structure, mainly composed of the base assembly, DC supporting insulator, conductive system, motor operating mechanism and other components; can configure one or two sets Grounding switch according to the demand; grounding switch uses straight lun structure, layout method is vertical to disconnector. Disconnector and grounding switch are operated opening and closing by the CJ11A motor operating mechanism. The disconnector and earthing switch are constructed using an external pressure plate spring structure.
Main Features
1. ZGW5-1050D//J5000-25 DC disconnector adopts double column horizontal open single fracture structure, which is developed by our company independently and our company has the full intellectual property rights.
2. Rated insulation level reaches the requirement of altitude 2000m, meet insulation requirement of DC disconnector and earthing switch in the present ±500 kV DC transmission project.
3. 5000A of rated DC current, 5000 times of mechanical life, stable and reliable of technical performance.
4. Contact uses an external pressure plate spring structure. The insulation pad is installed between plate spring and contact finger to eliminate the failure caused by the spring with long term flow and hot. The fixed assembly structure is used between contact finger and contact seat, effectively increase the reliability between the conductive contact surface. Attached grounding switch adopts straight lun structure, the arrangement is vertical to disconnetor. Simple structure, reliable performance.
